Lab Assistant / Supervisor

  • Job Description:
    Lab Assistants should be Able/ willing to learn the basic maintenance of the woodwork machines/ hand tools/ electric circuitry activities. Supervise the class / guide the students during the session.

    1. Bachelor’s degree in science education or another related field.

  • Job Description:
    Delivering lesson plans and learning/ preparing activity samples for the students having high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching and demonstrations.

    Required Candidate Profile
    1. Bachelor’s degree in science education or another related field.
    2. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
    3. Basic computer skills.
    4. Preferred- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (for technical teacher).
    5. Degree/ Diploma in ATD/BFA/Art & Craft / Handicraft (for DIY Handicraft teacher).


    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Delivering lesson plans and learning/ preparing activity samples for the students.
    2. Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of methods
    3. Differentiate activity when needed to give all students access to the curriculum regardless of disability, instructional level, English proficiency or level of interest in the subject.
    4. Evaluate student performance on tasks established by the standards set by the central team. Conduct volume-wise assessments, workshops, exhibitions, events, etc as set by the central team.
    5. Maintain a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modeling expected behavior and standards, promoting positive interactions and quickly addressing behaviors that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
    6. Communicate with parents regarding student progress, potential and behavior periodically through phone or electronic means and at parent and teacher conferences.
    7. Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes, attending workshops and discovering new methods of delivering exciting content to students.
    8. Attend all training sessions scheduled by the central team.

English Curriculum Planner

  • Job Description:

The individuals should also have an understanding and be aware of how digital technology has reshaped education.

    Role and Responsibilities
    1. Researching and developing quality lesson plans and learning resources for grades 6 to 8.
    2. Targeting achievable and productive learning objectives for each chapter
    3. Including interdisciplinary questions and activities.
    4. Using effective and relevant teaching methodologies and strategies
    5. Creating a plan that ensures an interactive classroom environment and aims at the holistic development of the learners.

    Proven understanding/skills:

Learning Specialist – Math / Science

  • Job Description:
    A Learning specialist researches, conceptualises, builds and delivers various educational activities and tools, learn to empathize with the learner and tailors the tool to fit their needs; These will be both physical products (books, toys, programs) and digital products (websites and apps) built for the classroom. The ideal candidate should have the ability to get things done; move fast and be proactive and most importantly should have the ability to learn.

    Required Candidate Profile
    1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Maths or Science
    2. Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Maths / Science to Primary / Secondary Grades
    3. Including interdisciplinary questions and activities.
    4. To be creative and couumicate with clarity

    Key Responsibility:
    1. Research, Ideate and define the scope of the new curriculum activities, tools and ideas and capture it through clear documentation
    2. Develop content, build prototypes, interact with 3-14 yr old students, test and collect feedback from classrooms.

Coordinator

  • Job Description:
    Hiring an experienced educator to manage academic operations at a specific grade level; in line with the vision and mission of the organization. Ensuring high levels of academic results, academic data management & parent satisfaction. The ideal candidate needs to be academically strong with a flair for coordination and people management.

    Required Candidate Profile
    1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Arts & Commerce.
    2. Minimum B.Ed Experience: 5 to 6 years of work experience in academics with a minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Coordinator / Supervisor / HOD / Examination Head / Lead Teacher / Head Teacher.

    Key Responsibility:
    1. Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration in an optimal manner, ensuring excellence in academic results and student discipline
    2. Coordinate with Central Committees to implement the curriculum as per guidelines
